Als Teil unseres internationalen circa 80-köpfigen Teams arbeitest Du in unserem Shop-in-Shop Konzept in der Lokalität von Trisor am Standort Stuttgart und vertrittst CHRONEXT in der Region.

Werde ab Mitte April 2024 in Vollzeit, zunächst befristet für ein Jahr, Teil von CHRONEXT und arbeite innerhalb der Trisor Location am Standort in Stuttgart für unser Team!

CLIENT ADVISOR (M/W/D)

DEINE VERANTWORTUNG

Du bist verantwortlich für die Planung,Koordinierung und Durchführung persönlicher Kundentermine zur Übergabe von Luxusuhren und vertrittst CHRONEXT in der Trisor Verkaufsfläche
Du beantwortest Anfragen unserer Kunden im gesamten Verkaufs- und Beratungsprozess und wickelst die Multi-Channel Kommunikation mit unseren Kunden über Telefon, E-Mail, Chat, Whatsapp und Instagram ab
Du bist für den kompetenten Verkauf des CHRONEXT Portfolios verantwortlich und stellst reibungslose operative sowie administrative Abläufe (z.B. Organisation des Customer Life Cycles)
Du wickelst den Versand unserer Luxusuhren ab und bist kompetenter Ansprechpartner für unsere Kunden vor Ort
Du arbeitest eng mit operativen Schnittstellen Teams von CHRONEXT zusammen und stehst im pro-aktiven Austausch mit diesen Teams

DEIN PROFIL - BEI UNS ZÄHLT, WIE DU TICKST

Du hast erfolgreich eine Ausbildung im Einzelhandel oder ein Studium absolviert und verfügst über mindestens 2 Jahre Erfahrung im Bereich Kundenservice/Sales/Client Advisory
Du bist kommunikativ und passioniert darin, Kunden auf selbstbewusste, professionelle und charmante Art die Kaufentscheidung zu erleichtern
Du arbeitest selbstständig, beschreibst Dich selbst als echten Teamplayer und zeichnest Dich durch eine gewissenhafte und umsichtige Arbeitsweise aus
Du hast idealerweise bereits mit einem Ticketing- oder CRM-System wie FreshDesk oder ähnlichem gearbeitet und sprichst neben Deutsch auch fließend Englisch, weitere Sprachen sind ein Plus
Du begeisterst Dich für Luxusuhren und möchtest ein unvergessliches Verkaufserlebnis für unsere Kunden schaffen
Du kannst Dich mit unseren Business Werten identifizieren: Du bist ehrgeizig, empathisch, engagiert, hast eine hohe Serviceorientierung, arbeitest stets aufmerksam und zeichnest Dich durch ein unternehmerisches Mind-Set aus

CLIENT ADVISOR (M/F/D)

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

You are responsible for the planning, coordination and execution of personal customer appointments for the handover of luxury watches and represent CHRONEXT in the Trisor sales area
You answer inquiries from our customers throughout the sales and consulting process and handle multi-channel communication with our customers via phone, email, chat, Whatsapp and Instagram
You are responsible for the competent sale of the CHRONEXT portfolio and ensure smooth operational and administrative processes (e.g. organization of the customer life cycle)
You handle the shipping of our luxury watches and are a competent contact person for our customers on site
You work closely with CHRONEXT's operational interface teams and are in proactive exchange with these teams

YOUR PROFILE - WHAT COUNTS FOR US IS WHAT MAKES YOU TICK

You have successfully completed an apprenticeship in retail or a degree and have at least 2 years of experience in customer service/sales/client advisory
You are communicative and passionate about helping customers make purchasing decisions in a confident, professional and charming manner
You work independently, describe yourself as a real team player and are characterized by a conscientious and prudent way of working
Ideally, you have already worked with a ticketing or CRM system such as FreshDesk or similar and speak fluent English as well as German; other languages are a plus
You are passionate about luxury watches and want to create an unforgettable sales experience for our customers
You can identify with our business values You are ambitious, empathetic, committed, have a high service orientation, always work attentively and are characterized by an entrepreneurial mind-set
